When you sign up for our farm share through CSAware, you create a member account that can be used to update your share preferences, order add-ons, change your payment information, and put your share on hold.


Coyote Family Farm communicates with farm share members primarily via email. By joining the farm share, you are agreeing to read emails from us in a timely manner so that you can get important farm share information and reminders. Please add us to your contacts (sonya@coyotefamilyfarm.com) to be sure emails don't end up in your promotions tab.


We accept payments online by Visa or Mastercard. We also accept checks for up-front payments (not available for auto-billing).

Share Pickup

When you arrive at your pickup location, please read the labels carefully to find the Rubbermaid tote or cardboard box with your name on it. Please unpack the box into your own bags, and stack the empty totes neatly. If you have flowers with your share, find them in a bucket near the share boxes, labeled with your name. If you think there is a mistake with your farm share when you pickup, it's best to contact us by phone as soon as possible (at the pickup site is best) so we can help.

Vacation holds and other changes

You will receive an email each week one day before the order deadline (Sunday at midnight). Before this deadline, you may add items to that week's share, put your share on hold, or change your pickup site. Vacation hold weeks are added onto the end of your subscription, or turned into credit redeemable for add-ons or a future season.


Payment for the farm share is not refundable. If you need to cancel partway through the season, please email or call us, and we will issue you a credit renewable for a future farm share.


Any requested refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, with the understanding of the above cancellation policy.
